- 01Prices and membership options are all found on the classes page.
- 02Classes are open to all levels and we encourages rest whenever you need it in the class. Selecting the right class is personal choice - To help you understand the type of class that would work head over to our classes page to see the easy to use key on the classes that are suitable for beginners.
- 03All classes are suitable for beginners to advanced practitioners. Our Dynamic Vinyasa class is a bit more of a challenging class.
- 04If you speak to your teacher directly if you are concerned they will be happy to offer advice of your practice. Medical questionnaires will be completed before your first class.
- 05We do not currently teach a dedicated pregnancy yoga class, however classes held by our founder Charlotte are recommended as she is trained in pregnancy yoga
- 06Our teachers are highly skilled and offer hands on adjustments in all of their classes. They will ask if anyone does not want to be adjusted before the start of class.
- 07Our classes always starts and ends with a chant of Om. This mantra Om represents the entire universe and everything and everyone that's in it.
- 08Absolutely! Yoga is for everybody. Agni Yoga welcomes all their classes.
- 09Crying is very common in class, particularly in Savasana (our final relaxation pose). Do not worry if you cry or get emotional during your practice, this is completely normal.
- 10Absolutely! Speak with your teacher prior to class and let them know your diagnosis. They will be able to give some tips of relaxation.
- 11Yes you can. Please complete the health form when booking and speak to your teacher before class as some poses are not suitable, alternative asana will be given.
