Karma Yoga

Karma Yoga is the practice of selfless service, where your time and energy help support the studio and community. By assisting with tasks like cleaning mats, organising the space, or helping during classes and events, you contribute to the heart of the studio while cultivating mindfulness and connection.

In exchange, Karma Yoga participants receive free classes, with hours contributed relative to class time. This is a meaningful way to give, receive, and grow in your practice.
