Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic, structured style of yoga that links breath with movement in a set sequence of postures. Each practice follows a specific order—beginning with sun salutations, moving through standing poses, seated postures, backbends, and finishing poses, creating a rhythmic, meditative flow.
